Volunteer Information
There are many important tasks that go into the process of providing this experience for our student-athletes. Thank you in advance for assisting and creating a great experience for them. If anything comes up where you might not be able to fulfill your task, please work with a fellow parent to find coverage so it doesn't become a scramble. You are welcome to reach out to the Volunteer Coordinator if you have more questions, or reach out to your team's coach.
Volunteer Requirements
Boys - two in-season volunteer slots, and one brat barn shift
Girls - three in-season volunteer slots, and one brat barn shift
Position Descriptions

| 50/50 Raffle | Sell tickets 15 min pre-game through Q3 |
| Banquet Organizers | Arrange for end of season banquet |
| Brat Barn | Work shift in Brat Barn in Summer |
| In-Game Public Address | Announce during game |
| In-Game Scoreboard | Run scoreboard during game |
| In-Game Scorer's Table | Track during game on field |
| In-Game Stats/Spotters | Track stats during game from box |
| Post-Game Clean up | Move tables, benches, goals during post-game for 30 minutes |
| Pre-Game Set up | Set tables, benches, goals, balls. Start 1 hour before game time |
| Social Media Specialist | Make regular info & promo posts on social media |
| Team Dinners | Host team eve of home games |
| Team Photographer | Pictures for home games & Road games when possible |
| Videoboard | Run videoboard during game |
